ConicalG im host on server, if i touch on this nexbot in spawnmenu he says "you can't spawn this npc" idk why, im redowloaded him but it's same results

If you're on a server, it's admin protected which means you have to be an admin to spawn it. If that's not the case, does it not even show up in the menu? Do you try to spawn it and it doesn't show up?

The idea did come when I was playing that amazing map, but I was just surprised nobody has made this yet, since it is just a 2D image originally.
