My bad, I just realized that mods automatically generate missing files and it's not so easy to delete a mod file as I wrote.
At the moment you can adjust your game's brightness. But I think I should recolor this elements cause they really don't fit with other stuff.

Why it still keep generate unneeded files every time i'm start the launcher?

Yeah it's pretty easy. Just go to SCP Containment Breach Multiplayer\GFX and delete following files:
BlinkIcon.png
BlinkMeter.jpg
sneakicon.png
sprinticon.png
StaminaMeter.jpg
After this restart the game and done.
