Nope, it's not you. It disappears for me and seems to break some of their models too. Sometimes even disabling the ability to do anything with ragdolls of the Nada's models you spawn.

Amazing model, but when the model goes to ragdoll, it just vanishes. its still there, but cannot be seen. is this an issue for just me?
