if the frog wasn't there and it was just the beret, it would have been a far better hat imo, we don't really need more animal cosmetics in the game.

Well-designed! I love how the frog shows the same emotions as spy.
But I don't think there are any cosmetics that go with this. Why associate spy with frogs? I think most people won't like this hat for that reason.
In fact I'd give pyro a frog-themed hat before spy since pyro hangs out in the water more than any other class.

If you want a plain, generic beret, there are several to choose from already. But none of them have funny frogs on them :)

The hat could have been much better if there wasnt a frog ontop of it because "spy is french and french people eat frogs"

The modeling and texturing is quite good, the concept isnt
