Hello! This epic ck2 mod doesn't work for me. I followed the mod but it doesn't let me activate it in CK2

I love the idea of the mod, but I feel like it's kind of empty if you play outside the center of California. I know that CK2 is no longer relevant in comparison to CK3, but if you guys still update this mod, I can see it becoming one of the best total conversion mods.

Cheers. Also, neither the No War Declaration and External Vassal Wars dissallowed prevent Imamite vassals from declaring conquest wars on each other.

@TH0T51AY3R Hi - there's no event to do so, but, using standard ck2 methods (converting by county, events, cults, etc;) you can do so!

Is there an opportunity to convert to Qingzhen or Alawiyya as an Imamite? Quite far in as Zakariyya and trying to find a way to convert to Qingzhen.

@JasperC you are liekly missing a .mod file - go to your ck2 mod directory and verify, if so, I would try manual installations! Steam workshop occasionally messes up downloading large ck2 mods.

Can't play this mod, no box to check on Ck2 launcher. Am I supposed to use an older version of ck2?

@Procyon Thank you for the comments - we've seen this issue pop up with some others before. We're gonna triple check it in the next build, but in the mean time, if you're able to try it on manual download, this may be a compression issue. I'll keep you updated as well

I just wanted to say, firstly, that I really like this mod. I've sunk a lot of time into After the End, and Just After the End is a fantastic addition. I highly recommend anyone who enjoyed ATE pick this up.

However, I seem to have run into a problem, that I can't for the life of me figure out. d_salton doesn't seem to exists. In fact, it looks like all the counties d_salton should own are instead directly controlled by k_salton, and those are the only De Jure lands of k_salton, with the other duchies having no de jure kingdom. I've looked through the landed titles document for Socal, and it all Looks right, so I can't figure this out. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you fix this? I only just noticed this as its been my first time playing around the Socal region, but it looks like I've had this problem since I first installed JATE.

@agowen98 please make sure you are on the latest ck2 version, and also running no other mods. if this doesn't work, steam DOES have compression issues, so you can download a direct file by going to our subreddit (search just after the end on reddit) and you will see our release post.

The game crashes everytime i try to open up the mod

So I've noticed that you can place a trade post anywhere on the trade routes. This includes the AI as well. Is this intentional?

Is multiplayer something that is going to be available on this mod? Currently when I try to host a server it crashes.

Try having the CK2 launcher open when you subscribe to the mod. That usually fixes the problem.

@Arthur are you on the latest ck2 update by chance, and you have no other mods? JAtE is launching for most people, usually a crash happens because of that sort of conflict

my game crashed before entering the main menu(jate only) :(

cheating around showed that it was actually a Theocracy title when I changed into a different vassal and killed off my current character, so the description of it being created by a secular ruler is off or bugged.

Currently playing as the Scientologist faction (because funny) and managed to form "The Church of Scientology International" pretty quickly, though when I did it made me landless, is this a bug>

Not sure where to include this but i would like to say that latinate faith is a little bugged as i claimed the pontificate but after a few days some other character claims it and i have to claim it again, is this intended or is it a bug? also why does it only asks for you to have 200 piety but when you cliam it it doesn't consume thoe 200 piety?
