Config update has just been pushed. Type scp_config into console to open in. Make sure you unsub and resub to force your game to update.

cool mod. though I'm worried about 096 cause its always the easiest one to abuse in every SCP game when your controlling it. I personally think an npc that simply makes a list of people who have seen its face would be better, but if you think that you can balance it than go a head. more power to you.
