it only says it needs Frostbite but it needs all the DLCs

oh, I see what you did, you made the ballasts airtight compartments, but then made sure that if the doors were opened they'd leak and flood, thus letting the sub sink :D

That translates to the sub sinking when the ballast tanks are flooded with water.

so that translates to, what, having the sub barely stay above water when the tanks are empty, or full?

The combat version isn't far behind. You'll have that one soon too.

And the trick I've been finding with the sub is to have the bouancy below 70% When your ballast tanks open.
