LV is a Stellaris mod on Lovers Lab.
It will work with ironman in the sense that you can play ironman with it on. Won't earn any achievements though. Only for non gameplay based mods.

I think things like ui mods and species portraits allow such but that's pretty much it.

I cannot speak for how well they play together but afaik neither this mod nor its base overwrite any vanilla files so on the compatibility side there should be no real issues.
