Check if the sound selected in the settings tab is bugged or something, try reverting to defaults using the default preset

most "bug reports" on the workshop are pure user error and extremely obscure conflicts caused by unsupported mods from like 2019

I see. I don't see any problems though? Everything seems fine, if you go fast, the the wind and shake kicks in, if you don't, nothing happens as it should
