@Spooki No, there is no computer virus going around. What actually The guy who made the glua and view extension addons put a nsfl/goatse screamer into there mods. Anyone who had these addons installed and enabled would be greeted with flashing disturbing images. The guy who made the trollface playermodel addon also decided to troll his subs and put a screamer with sponge bob slurs along with this a collection of images of dead animals, disgusting porn and scat.
