I haven't tried the new update, but I believe it should still work unless the devs changed the file structure or how scaling works.

For a while I thought the SM Scouts were just eating more Steak before a battle.

The Guardsmen are changed through the main Gladius+ mod. I'd check there.

Would it be possible to make guardsmen a little bit bigger ?
They look like hobbits next to chaos cultists, even thou they should be the same size.

Thanks for giving me the feedback. As it turns out (as usual) I think it is user error. I started a new campaign with Necrons, and I did have access. So, I will start a new Tau campaign. Thanks again.

You should try disabling and reenabling the DLC, verifying the game or maybe re-download the entire thing.

Beyond that, I'm not sure what to suggest.

I tried unlocking the Tiger Shark in the tech tree and then building it in a new game (with the Ctrl + D console). Everything seemed to work okay.

I can't speak for anyone else playing as the Tau, but I don't encounter any issues unlocking the Tiger Shark at the moment.

Any mods that affect the tech tree currently active for you?

My escalation pack does not seem to be working.? I have started a new game twice now with escalation checked in the advanced settings for the game on Tau. But I play until I reach Tier 10, then the escalation vehicle is not available. Am I doing something wrong?
