So uh I have an odd question about modding. I kinda like the ion cannon from the kurogane shipset. Is there a way I can merge shipsets? (i wanna take the files for the Ion Cannon and use them with this shipset.)

If the author is still interested in updating the mod, fyi the Narn shipset appears in the Biologocal section of 4.x's shipset list, not the Mechanical section.

There is an easy fix to this mod that you can all do. Go into the graphical_culture subfolder in the mod and open the text document there. Insert the following code below the second line in the document which should start with the word "fallback": ship_kinds = {
default_ship
space_amoeba
tiyanki
voidworm
cutholoid
crystalline_entity
}

I think we can be sure the author has moved on from stellaris considering the lack of responses or updates in about 2 years

can you please update this mod. as of version 4 it lists the ships as biological instead of mechanical which means they cant be used at the start of a game

Paradox corrected a spelling mistake recently and broke the hangar sections for defence platforms. I have not checked if it is in the .gfx file or only the .asset file but it is affecting this mod and nearly every ship set on the workshop.

I like the fact the ships seem to to reflect the color of the ambient light instead of red, don't know if that was intended. But thank you author!

The error preventing the shipset from working in the latest version is the _narn_01_ships_animations.asset file has earth_force instead of narn. That file is located in H:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\2815618989\gfx\models\ships\narn_01 or wherever your steam workshop library is.

I have a G'Karith, katoc model I did from scratch; and a rongoth model. All in blender if you want it. Rongoth has locators. Also a Thenus if you don't have that.

@Martechi Is it normal that I cant force spawn the different B5 races even though I created them and ckicked on the force spawn button?
