Do i need to import a save for this to work?

so if I'm reading this right the animals don't actually graze i still have to gather the grass for them there are just nodes in the wilderness to do that now?

Races added by other mods will not be able to eat the grass, but a patch is as easy as adding the race in question to the whitelist of foddergrass and strawhay in FCS.

Another mod I will consider as a "Must Have" for any play through because it makes things more real, I have always thought why can't my goats just eat grass? well now they can thank you for the work and time you placed to make this mod.:beeped:

it seems like a decent mod just farming is slow or i'm just a noob and I like more food options in kenshi that isnt op.
