I only play Mortal Empires

I think one or some of the mods I'm using is messing up this mod.

Too lazy to east every single one to check which ones is conflicting with this mod >,<

Just tested, works fine for me. Using this mod, + the required mods.

Also, are you playing Vortex or Mortal Empires?

Yeah, certain buildings are labeled “special” without possession so it can be vague. Not sure how much of that changed for WH3. I’ll take a look soon as I can get to it.

On a separate note:
-I had a talk with a modder about how the "tags" for buildings in WH2 being too messy and NOT streamlined so it's hard to configure the buildings as a whole
-I think it was the mod for Wood Elves making their buildings better with added tiers and more garison in them

The modder said, WH3 is easier to work with in terms of modding buildings as a whole because they are streamlined

What cities were they?

Testing on saved game

-Installed the mod and played a saved game
-Removed a Lvl 3 wall of a Tier 3 City (was it called capital?)
-Removed a Lvl 3 wall of a Tier 4 settlement
-Waited 2 turns to see if the walls would be built

Note:
-The Capital city is already Tier 3
-Settlement is already Tier 4
-My saved game is on Turn 74 before testing
-I'm now in Turn 76

Result:
-Walls not built on either Tier 3 City or Tier 4 Settlement
-Not sure about the AI though

I would suggest link this mod toy our original one for easy access.
