Yeah, well I doubt that's how it works considering Bill was always dead in The Passing.

To answer all below, its because The Passing came out first before The Sacrifice meaning Valve was still figuring out who the canon choice was to sacrifice when they made the poster I guess.

You can still kinda see Bill in the Reflections on the ground

I intended to originally make a version where I just made a big smudge where Bill is to give him a spirit like appearance, like he's haunting the original crew. I didn't think a lot of people would have liked it though.
