I'm fairly certain the reason the original had only one jarate with a sniper pointing an arrow at it was a mildly obscure reference to the Tootsie Pop wrapper, as it can have an image of a Native American pointing an arrow at a star, depending on how it was cut. An urban legend started stating that sending in the wrapper to the HQ would result in a reward (some candy stores would respond to this legend with a promotion where if you bring in one, you get a free pop). Personally, I prefer preserving this reference to Americana (only one jarate and huntsman sniper) especially as it relates to the time period and idea of war paints (rare variants, trading up).

At least this sticker warpaint doesn't look so generic, the color pattern looks good and fits with the game.

Because it was only on SMG, and the design doesnt translate well on SMG. This is heat.

It’s a very well-done remake of an old war paint, so good work on that. Personally, I’ve never liked the low profile design to begin with and I can’t remember ever seeing anyone else use a weapon with it, so this would have to be a hard pass for me.

also, the addition of the other classes makes this even better!
