We both got the file off of Steam Workshop, the only difference is he downloaded his the next day after I did. However, I un-subbed and resubbed for part two and it still gave the same error. Meanwhile, parts 1, 3, and 4 work just fine.

@Based Kazuki: It sounds like one or more of your group has an earlier version of the campaign. The latest version here on the Steam workshop is actually version 13. Have all your friends also subscribed to the version here on Steam, or downloaded via a different website (such as gamemaps etc)? If the latter, try getting them to delete the vpk file and subscribing to all 4 parts here on the Steam workshop.

I have all four parts, and it worked just fine singleplayer, but when I play with friends, we can play the first map just fine, but we get an error that says my map bsd. file is not the same as his.

someone needs to tell me how the get rid of the damn black and purple checkerboard pattern i get when i try to play one 4 nine. ive played it before, i want to play it again, but i want that damn checkerboard pattern bullshit gone. i doubt anyone will reply to this comment but i want it fixed. it only does it on that particular campaign

From the Console in the add-on manager, is this error message:

File missions/l4d2_one4nine.txt collides in VPKs:
One 4 Nine (Part 1)
One 4 Nine (Part 2)
One 4 Nine (Part 3)
One 4 Nine (Part 4)


This is why people are reporting that their Add-on Manager is reporting a conflict.

The map is extremely laggy in terms of my character skips from place to place, not running smoothly and for some reason i chose nick to by my character and i became zoey in place of ellis while nick became one of my fellow computers. not sure what's going on here but you might want to look into the bugs surrounding this map
