It's a good compaiign,and i can see the maker did a lot of things in this,
but please US navy don't fxxking bombing when people rushing
after several rounds of bombing Japs live so good while my tank was hit nicely

They changed the prop I used for the tunnels to be destructible. I'm currently trying tp rectify this. Most of it should already be fixed with my last update

There's an issue with a part of the map where you underground where once the naval bombardment hits the above ground, you can see through the terrain from below.

It should be fixed. Exit the game and resubscribe to Iwo Jima 1945 map. Re launch the game all missions should be under Iwo Jima

Nope, still there - I'm not sure what would cause it, if all the missions are of the same map or theater I would think they'd be altogether. It might be that you put it under "Sentry's Iwo Jima" instead of just "Iwo Jima". Otherwise I dont know what it would be.

Actually I was wrong in my original assessment. The missions somehow got split up when the workshop page was updated, I'm trying to figure out how to fix it.

I'm assuming that's the case. Also Jokerman edited my map and updated the workshop page but I never recieved a copy of it to update it myself so not sure if that affected anything. My old missions were called iwo jima landing, raising the flag and radar hill; they're all old outdated missions created before ER2 was even fully released using an outdated map made by someone else.

At the time, when I would go to the editor or campaign list and it would say Sentry's Iwo Jima campaign but then the other was just Iwo Jima but I didnt see a second map. If thats the case though that would make more sense.

Ahhh that would make sense then. I didnt realize it was two seperate maps

I have old Iwo Jima missions using an older map made by somebody else. They are seperate missions entirely. Is it those you are referring to?

Hey there Sentry! Love the work you've done with the Peleliu and Iwo Jima campaigns! I did just noticce though that your Iwo campaign are showing two seperate lists for the campaign overall. one as an Sentry's Iwo Jima 'Edited' list and one as just Iwo Jima. Any idea what I can do to lump it into just one campaign list?

I recently updated all missions under beta to stay current with all improvements to the game. You have to switch to beta to play or wait until it becomes public. Sorry.

The situation has been resolved. It turns out the map runs in the Easy Red 2 Beta mode. I when to the game's Properties and enabled the beta mode, now it appears. I will leave this here in case anyone else has similar issue.

No problem, wish I could help more but I'm stumped. My last ditch suggestion would be to find the actual map file, delete, then resubscribe. Hopefully it gets figured out for you.

It looks like the Steam Cloud is fully synced. Maybe theres an error that isn't detected. I will email the studio since It's only on my end. Thanks.

I asked someone if it worked, he said it worked for him. I'm thinking it's a Steam cloud error. Have you joined Easy Red 2 discord?

Yes I have tried that many times, including uninstall, reinstall, verify file integrity, it is still not showing up. The other maps and missions I subscribe to seem to all appear in my campaign list except for the campaigns of the Iwo Jima 1945 map. Please if you're able to help me out, Those iwo jima maps are the best maps in the game.

Have you tried subscribing and re subscribing to the map and missions? Are other subscribed workshop missions showing up?

Hey Sentry, I have been playing your Iwo Jima maps these past days, but right now it is not showing up in the mission list or campaign list. Would you have an idea on how to fix this?

Alright, made some changes to rock quarry area, so hopefully there's less issues now. Best I can do for now. Also made some texture changes throughout map since I was already in there doing stuff.

Phase +3? I'll take a look if I can. I might've broken the map with my cloud save so not sure I can update this anymore. I had to have the developer repair the map file a couple times already. And thanks, friend request accepted

Fantastic map. Shot you a friend request, but I found an issue with the rocks during the third phase of the landing- the rocks underneath the surface of the terrain create a hitbox that extends above the terrain and leads to invisible walls on the slope of the hill where the further cap point resides

I agree. If they ever add it, I'll update this for sure.

This map looks awesome. That being said, we desperately need dead tree models.

Thank you for that. It's OK that it's underappreciated I mainly made this map and missions for myself because I wanted to play a convincing Iwo Jima campaign in a FPS. I think the battle hasn't been portrayed nearly as much as other battles in a video game.

map is fun but rock formations have crazy hitboxes which cause invisible walls

Nah, as USA you can reach Japanese spawn.

Playing as the Japanese side in any of the iwo jima missions had limited testing. But I'll look into it. Is it spawning you out of the map or into the mountain so that you can't move?
