The mod can't load because "YuE_vest" addon is missing, is it a mod or just a problem with the installation ?

following errors occur on adding a vest to a unit:

Cannot load texture lk_gaf\armor_m3_co.paa
Cannot load texture lk_ia\armor_ti_ca.paa
Cannot load texture lk_ia\armor_ti_ca.paa

likely due to an .rvmat path error
