@FlandersNed yes the gamemode is built into the map, this goes for all mod maps on pavlov, you just need to play online.

Is the gamemode provided with the map?

This map is amazing thank you so much it bring back so many cool memories of counter strike source. There will be more ZE map added in the future ?

@shadowbeanzz when the red orb shows up in the front of the monster, that means he is attacking, you can't dodge the attack, just make sure you are reloading fast, recommended gun is a p90 or bizon as they have a alot of ammo and have a fast rate of fire, would recommend playing with someone or a group of people.

no just clench your teeth and pray you kill him

Is there any way to dodge the damage from the red guy? I cant see where the damage is coming from :(

We also have some nights where we play these maps on the zombie escape server with quite a large group, it is typically easier to kill the bosses.

@shadowbeanzz I think I changed some of its logic, it should not be attacking super fast either, I can change the red monster to have slower attacks, but the other bosses will remain the same.

at the moment soloing the boss is only possible up to stage 2 (hard), what you wanna do is go up the ladder on the left of when you come out the elevator (going down) and grab ultima (green), keep either ice (cyan) or wind (white) ready to protect yourself from zombie spawns at the elevator. At the boss, use ultima (green), cross your fingers, and spray 'n' pray. if you have points saved up it would help to buy an LMG and keep rebuying it when you run out of ammo. (assuming you reload slower than when you rebuy)

Tried again, the first red boss is now impossible to beat solo - You cant tell what is hitting you and no way to dodge it - I cant heal fast enough because the attacks are more frequent :( Any advice?

@shadowbeanzz yep, you want to get out of the reactor as fast as you can, each round you win on the map, a new difficulty is chosen, and different things happen during each difficulty

Yeah i think i've had it before on other maps - Back up the ladder is the right way to go though, once the bomb is triggered right? :P

@shadowbeanzz, seems you got a ladder issue, pavlov likes to do that sometimes with ladders

The big ladder leading down to the first boss area - It was like i was stacking fall damage when i was on the ladder then when i got to the top it made the landing sound and i died - Unsure if that was the cause or whether there was some kind of new kill volume at the top of the ladder :)

@shadowbeanzz nice, zombie navigation is a bit wonky atm, probably due to pavlovs changes made to navigation. Did you just randomly die all of a sudden when getting out of the reactor?

I was playing solo, just to add :D the boss probably much easier with more people haha

Love this and cant wait for more updates! Managed to get into the reactor, kill the flying red boss by constantly spamming "Buy armour" as it hits you, then using the drum shotgun :D

Bomb timer starts, i climb the ladder to get out and die automatically at the top of the ladder, not sure what caused that :D

Music is great but the track in the reactor doesnt loop, so if you take your time you end up going down in silence. Lots of zombie hiding spots that make them all top and die / respawn.

Map and atmosphere is insane though, as a former FF7 and Crisis Core fan :D
