In the first version I uploaded, I don't think I linked the wars to particular graphics (this was a quick mod that I put together in support of a modded game a friend of mine and I were playing). I hope to publish a new version soon with fixes for that and some other changes.

Again, it's not the worst idea for relic stealing, but stellaris at this moment Does not allow for counter operations!

@Von Der Boch Well I'd caution against using the espionage system it in it's entirety since it kills agency on the part of the AI or the player if the AI could use it and that's never fun. You could make a separate mod for it though especially to avoid feature creep, and it would needlessly add Nemesis as a dependency, albeit one it would just cause minor errors without.

Well whether you do or don't allow it to use claims is always in the air, avoiding adding too much to a mod is always a decent idea (K.I.S.S and all that) if I had to change anything it would be to make the random relic war use claims, and the Seize all not; Given that you separated them.
(Pacifist wargoal op :P)

In terms of relic trading there is a mod that does it already, so you can leave it out or use it for inspiration but just beware of adding too much!

Again, thanks for the mod and I look forward to bugfixes as needed.

I was thinking more along the line of the Steal All Relics espionage operation as an alternative to war (i.e. you could do either). Definitely want to allow war or espionage, as just one limits options.

It does not right allow taking claims you own right now, was debating on adding it. Might make alternative war goals that allow both relic taking and claim taking and make them available depending on ethics (pacifist only able to take relics, for example).

Cool mod! But please for the love of God don't make a Steal Relic Espionage operation, I don't want to get Guilli'd out of Relics and using a theft system to get such good bonuses is a tad anticlimactic.

The only thing I'd ask for is does the steal relic CB allow taking claims you own? I am fine if it doesn't but you don't make it clear.

War goals should be only available if the other empire has a relic. Depending on how much I end up investing in features for the mod, I'll probably add additional other restrictions to the wars (needing significant intel, etc.)

Sounds pretty cool. Does this make what relics other empires have visible in some way? Are the war goals always available or only if the empire has a relic?
