@nobiau Thank's for your comment and advice. I guess it is because it comes out from the casino basis. I only play sandbox I don't pay attention to this but I should for the next series.
When I'll make a new one, I will update some smaller places to make them cheaper.

Please - could you update construction cost of
- Hexavibe French Touch Nightclub and - Praia Bossa brazilian club..... as it says 450.000,-- (each) which seems to me quite expensive ;-).
