I never had in mind that people would dislike the fast upwards speed of the craft. That's something I never thought about. The reason of having weaker counter thrust is the CPU limit. I wanted the craft to stay within Tier 1 while remaining as cheap as possible. That's what the extra compartments for adding CPU extenders are for. You could upgrade to a higher tier and install stronger counter jets.

I could have set up a thruster switch inside the P menu.which deactivates half of them maybe. But that's something you could probably do as well since its only a matter of a few mouse clicks.

I dont understand your sentence about "going outside and around the front of the ship..." You can acces the cockpit from inside the ship and also re-enter the ship via the drone hatch on the roof.

I love the look of this SV. but i used it for a couple days and replaced it with jrandal's transit-ch5. two things killed it for me. cockpit isn't inside the interior space. and the thing explodes off the landing pad so hard in space before it can slow down you're 1k away from your carrier. the ch5 has a switch you can turn off the big jets when you don't need them. you need to put more counter jets on the top (or a handy way to turn off some/all the big lift jets), and switch it so you don't have to go outside and around the front of the ship to use the interior. i would prefer to use your design because it's half the size and much better looking. + yours comes with a turret and has room for more.

I bet also a thousand other games look like crap compared to ED or SC.. So what's your point here? The building system in Empyrion is what keeps me entertained.

The warp drive has to be rotated to fit right against the wall with the warp letters on it.

I cant seem to place a warp in the back, I love the look but it is like the warp is too long maybe? I removed the wall that has the warp there (right above the place for the shield which fits perfect but still did not have the space. I had to take out all of the rear pieces and have it exposed to air. What am I doing wrong?

Btw, if I would change every single build of mine after a new EGS update, I surely wouldn't have no life anymore. Every update screws older builds up.

@Myrmidon: yeah, the asymmetrical placement of the drone hatch was a result of the future turret placements. But it also annoyed me to the point I have changed it now. ;)
The window tint was like that when I placed them. But when I change it to bright it seems to me too transparent. I guess it's a matter of personal taste.

Was the shadowing of the heavy windows left on dark on purpose? Top hatch feels a little out of place.
