Absolutely sure it's mounted? I've seen people make the mistake of thinking that it auto-mounts once installed, so I'll assume that as an option.
If it isn't the case, I can only suggest you unmount and remount Episode 2. Not sure if that even CAN help, but...whatever.

Well, for whatever reason, the mod fixed itself.
Despite not working after restarting the game several times, it decided to work.

It was bleeding at the time I was referencing and its eyes were not red.

The eyes just...aren't turning red.
I have EP2 purchased, installed, and mounted, but the hunters' eyes are not red, even when shot several times.

strobe effect isn't that rapid, so eyestrain will be minimal.
If it needs to be reduced just ask.
