@napamathguy It works, it just doesn't show all three symbols. If you look at the stat changes as you're editing a tank they'll show.

If I'm understanding is correct, either there's a mod conflict or only the first ship/plane/tank designer (of three slots) applies its bonus upon research or designing. I wasn't seeing all three be applied, even when there was clear overlap (e.g., for ships, I tried the Electric, Pacific, and Atlantic designers; most of them cover all types of ships/boats, but there was no overlap).
