The Psychic healer lance doesn't work in my current mod setup (I know, I have >600 mods, so I can't exactly blame you!). The pawn didn't have any of their currently bleeding injuries healed, nor did they gain immunity to their infections or sepsis.
I have Communicable Diseases [1.3] and Diseases Overhauled as the primary culprits. I also have Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering.
I have a few others including Remedies, Argon's Tribal Medicine, and MedPod that are even less likely candidates.
Of these, "More Archotech Garbage - standalone artifacts" is loaded after everything except for Remedies.
I will try to test this and get the error log this time, if it prints anything remotely related
