lack of air units?

This is what I want to see in a mod. You get all these huge flashy murderbots, but you never get anything clever anymore, or anything that encourages tactical warfare over unit spam.The lack of air units are actually a good thing; they tend to be an all-terrain tactical dead-zone that bypasses ground barriers. Also, maybe add a unit cap to units too, as that will also encourage tactical warfare.
