I had an issue with the mod where the other character would have no sfx, I still do because I never found a way to fix it.

though there is isn't any specific characters this is made for, It just replaces the basic sounds and some extras thats all

I think it's broken. It's really specific on which characters and what moves have a sound effect, some characters don't have them at all :(
