It's a prop, so it should be in the addons of the main section of the spawnmenu.

Yeah I see.
Unfortunately currently I still have no idea on how to make them as ragdolls, but you can still use tools like Advanced Bone Tool or Ragdoll Mover in order to animate or adjust them.

I got a sfm model of a blackhand soldier but retextured as a mobile task force from scp,if you want I can give u it,also the original model is downloadable in a russian 3d model site
