That's why I paused the mod, it takes a lot of time to make new content.
An even though it's one of my favorite emperors as well I don't know when I will return to modding this game.
May I say I quite enjoy the mod aside from this and I do enjoy one of my favorite Emperors receiving some attention. I do hope you continue working on this.
If I am wrong, how could it been spreaded?
Best way to check is trying to load both mods.
I did add some new settlements so worst case they could be overwritten.
although development is paused for the time being as I have to do it on my own and I don't have a lot of time for modding a game I not really use.
It's not that I have abandoned this project but more a problem of resource, to make it what I want it to be.
Hope to restart the project around January 2023, again it will be mostly flavor.
Next to that problem with modding barbarian invasion is that it crashes a lot during development
Could be me of course but that is one of the reasons this mod isn't my biggest priority although I like the time period of Julian.
It's probably not the answer you want to hear but it's sadly the truth.
If anyone has experience modding this game and maybe also some 3d modeling let me know.
would certainly make it a lot easier to get this mod started again.
Indeed, sadly it's a overlooked chapter in the history of the roman empire.
I wanted to put all religious buildings on the map, the problem is you need specific coordinates for putting them on the map what could give extra problems with path finding. so as much as i want to include it, I can't make it.
for the next update i started porting temples from normal rome to barbarian invasion it will make it a bit more historical, although it will take some time to complete it.
The jewish temples where one of the things I wanted to include, as it was indeed one important projects Julianus started but never was finished partly because of his short reign.
DEOS LAVDA
FLAVIVM CLAVDIVM IVLIANVM LAVDA
Thanks for this mod on an often overlooked period of the Late Roman Empire and on one of its most remarkable emperors. I greatly appreciate the possibility of having not just one but religious building in each settlement, feels more realistic. Tho, could it be possible to have all the temples and church built in the same city shown together on the battle map, please ?
I also like the detail of the jewish temples added as reference to the "project" of Julian to rebuild the Temple of Salomon in Jerusalem.
If there are any bugs please report them.
Mainly because it was the truth for the western empire.
I've added new settlements for the new update that will ease the pain a bit for now and will boost the starting money a bit.
on the other hand, it shouldn't be too easy either, which would make the mod easy to beat and boring so it wil be much try and error
before it's 100% good
for previews, come join the discord chanel.
Will put a discord link here, so it will be eassier for error logs etc.
