I too am experiencing no industrial demand. Installed a mod to adjust the demand because I love this map! If any of you too experience no industrial install a demand adjuster mod!

Same as Tristitia it is only happening on this map. Playing other maps without issues with the same mods.

Road corrected and as far as the industrial demand, I don't know. I have checked everything and all looks good.

Same here. Map looks very good. But there is no industrial demand. I have 4k Population now.
I use the same Mods as always and have all demands on my maps just not on Belmunda.

Can u please fix the highway junction at the start Tile? There is an exit with wrong direction.

The map looks good. Been playing on it for some time now. But not getting any industrial demands? Occuring in this map only.
