The question is; would it be possible for the effects to appear upon taking damage and having the yellow constantly there? If yes, it'd be peak.

This would benefit greatly from being slowed down. It's too busy and quick right now. I think slowing it down would make it more like a TF2 effect. I think seeing some of the colours' saturation toned down would make it fit better into TF2's art style.

It's very out there but its a beautiful breath of fresh air compared to the same neon barf/spinning clipart we get every year.

my only complaint with this is that it doesn't have "NECK SNAP!" as one of the lines of text, other than that it's perfect :]

Make it how it looks in the SFM. Turn down the opacity for the yellow and then I think it's good.

I think the onomatopoeia bubbles should be toned down a little bit, maybe make them smaller and transparent. As long as the unusual effect isn't as bright as it is currently, I think this could fit really well.

My main issue with this is that it doesn't fit with the kind of comic-book popups tf2 already has (Double Donks, Stomps, etc.),

It's certainly a unique unusual effect, but i find i doesn't fit with the style of TF2

I like it but I think the main sun effect looks weird. Also people might confuse the unusual for debuffs.

I like this a lot. It'd be cooler if there were some TF2-related messages in there as well (like how the Australium drop animation effects have stuff like "Banana!" and "Crit!"), but it's perfectly awesome as-is. Upvoted!
