there is no navmesh i spawned a drgbase nextbot it said the map doesnt have a navmesh

there is a gap between the 2 displacment brushes right next to the building where the darkroom is (possibly un-sewn displacements), the texture randomly changes in the entry to the darkroom, there is a random patch of sand right next to one of the roads

also the hilly section has a very steep edge, the map randomly cuts off to the skybox and there is some z-fighting in the water section (bad water_lod_control?)
