love this! Only thing I would want to add would be for the light around the room become darker but I'm pretty sure that would cause lag so I like this as is. Great job bro!

I think the best way to counteract the sky beam cut off, is to add a cloud on top of said cut off. You can use the Depression sprite if you'd like
