@mancer, These models are from the official Further Data add-on for Half-Life multiplayer. The add-on was distributed for free, separately from the game and only at retail (I assume, only in the USA).

yes, i can make npcs.

work here for 15 minutes: (my english is very bad, here i want say "делов тут на минут 15". )
copy qc, add other animations there;
compile these qc files;
create a lua file where I initialize these NPCs;
make icons for these NPCs;

but in the request of a friend there was only a PM. And I myself do not want to make NPCs for this addon.
