I don't know if it's possible to force +% income Ataman to show up without removing other traits entirely. It's much more complicated than this mod anyway and just changing available atamans from 4 to 6 is enough for me to increase the chance of getting the one you want while keeping things balanced. Maybe post your message in the "Mod Requests" forum in case someone can take a look. ^^

Any way to change their bonuses? It's a bit tiresome to fish for the +% income ones.
