@Doctor Flux I have all three of those characters and fight against them somewhat regularly, but Naruto's large hitboxes and ability to control most of the stage at once are above and beyond even what those characters can do. I dunno, I guess I'm just one voice in a sea of hundreds so I wouldn't put too much weight on it, but I personally just found the character very frustrating and unfun to deal with in his current state.

if you fight against the AI i made it really good: becuase it knows how to play the character and dont have the default AI: Goku, Knuckles & "almost" perfect cell has same kind of AI
i have nerfed Naruto so he takes more damage if more clones is out and is abit weaker if clones is out
kinda only you i have seeing this with
annoying to fight: just use a projectile as i shown in the .gif to basically counter naruto clones

This character is so cheap, he has the most disjointed hitboxes I have ever seen and fills the screen with three clones just throwing out random stray hits. Absolute garbage to fight against, needs some serious re-balance.

that would require me to do x2 the animations of this mod and honestly dont wanna do that

if this game was a 3d game i could super easy do it but its not

great character love playing him but. tho bijuu wont be added for balance it would be great as a alternate costume

must be a game update on rivals end that may have made this problem alot worse than it was
but as said looking in to it this month aswell as doing some other updates while im at it

I see that a lot of people are talking abt the crashing online. I'm getting it too, hopefully there's a solution soon.

Hello, it's a great character and i've a lot of fun with him but the only issue is that when I use the Shadow Clone Jutsu and a clone makes a strong attack the game crashes.

first time i have heard Naruto do that and never crashed on me when using clones
so i dont know what causes the crash specific for that since he works for everyone else

would love to use the character if he didnt crash the game everytime with clones lol

He's not working properly at all

Feels really good to play: fast, hit-and-run (since he only has simple combos) with multiple ways to engage and fool the enemy with the clones. Seems also pretty balanced to (maybe UpSpecial's 2th hit is a bit too inconsistent but that's fine). Good job!

I semi figured it out. In matchs it uses the girl sexy jutsu but in training it uses the boy sexy jutsu.

I pasted it but it didn't work.

I can't figure out how to change the down taunt into sexy jutsu. Curently its the male version and ive look through all the files and went into inti.gml and couldnt find the change thing.

Every time a clone is made, online mode crashes for some reason. He's worked before, so it could be the new patch.

@Watdahec may redo the character selection/victory sprites but still gonna be him eating ramen instead of a battle pose becuase it is a important part of Naruto to the point even his name itself is just a thing on ramen dishes

@Sofyill if you mean AI on the Dspecial clones they are fine mainly becuase of basically summoning 1-2 team mates without those being abit dumber than normal will pretty quick be kinda broken even if they are 1hit to despawn

abit the same as i said to Sofyill gotta be VERY careful with balancing this
currently i think Naruto may be high/top tier in comparsion to base roster or atleast very close to it
there is times where Dspecial clones have being too helpful like killing the other players for me and even do a combo without me but i feel like they are somewhat in a good spot for balancing right now my next patches is mainly for fixing/adding mod compat stuff for now

i love this character, the character selection and victory sprites could be better, everything else is just perfection, cant wait to see more characters from you two, Flux and Mawral. :]

i think the ai needs a buff

He's pretty well made but I think he could be improved upon, if alot of his attacks require such close range I feel he should be able to combo into more moves or they should carry more power, to put on pressure. Maybe put less limits on his special moves too, feel like clones aren't that helpful to need to be next to them to do it.
