Будинки красиві, але набіса було робити аж 4 етапи будівництва, з яких фінальний ще й без техніки? Та Сонце швидше вмре, ніж ці будинки побудуються! Машини ото ганяти по 315154 разів по 1.5 дошки

Is it possible to make each garage a separate building for each house and have those be categorized as a parking lot for a single-2 vehicles?

No, it's not possible to have any building with parking spaces except parking lots.

Is it possible to incorporate houses with parking spots by simply editing existing in game buildings that already have one or two parking spaces to look like and act as homes?
