Especially since the main offender was her grab due to its fast start time, its short range, & her tendency to spam it, which lead to multiple cases in which I fired several shotguns out of a larger shotgun only for all of the shotguns to suddenly explode midair as I was teleported several feet into her hands.
Maybe, it's just a weird way of balancing Katie because a lot of her moves have crazy range
I'm assuming you're taking "freezing the enemy" far too literally?
It would fit more nicely with the theme of the mod.
Also, YellowMadness has a point: Noelle, and apparently ONLY Noelle so far, freezes up when dodging while lasers and explosions are present, which softlocks her in a state of invincibility.
Thanks for the suggestions, I found it hard to balance such an extreme glass canon.
I do like the idea for diminishing heals.
Dash attack can be jump canceled on hit, so you can usually get a nair or fair.
For ice shock, considering how much set-up etalus requires to set-up his freeze, I didn't want to make it spammable. Maybe I'll make it faster and add a cooldown.
Snowgrave is overtuned, but since it's a super move, I don't want nerf it too hard.

First, maybe make her Heal have diminishing returns for every stock (first heal on a stock is 40, then 30, then 20, capping at 20, resets when noelle dies).
I would also make dash attack have more utility, its pretty terrible since it cant combo too well.
maybe consider buffing the range or speed of iceshock, since its hard to use.
Also, even though I get why snowgrave instantly kills, I feel as if it shouldnt, it should really only kill at 50%+ I think.
Other then that, I think she is fine. Maybe she could use some buffs to her tilts since Ftilt and uptilt are both pretty sucky in terms of startup and range
Lastly, maybe make her a little less floaty on her Dair since it is incredibly spammable.
I hope this little criticism helps! I really like this character and would love to see her become a bit more balanced
But it does when you click in. I wonder why.
