Interesting, the arabic voicelines scream callouts that I assume are like "I'm hit bad!" lines, (I don't speak they're language, so idk poop) but I think it would be better if you just put screams for the deaths instead.

I only have a few guesses as to why the callouts were inaccurate.
The main team voices mutator was made before the minimap was exposed so it may be tracking bearings with a different method.
I told RadioactiveJellyfish that players always spawned facing Z+ axis, so that may have been used "North" for his compass directions. If the map maker rotates the minimap camera, the compass directions will also be incorrect.
Jelly is busy with work, so he doesn't have time for modding.

All the directions have been assigned correctly. And how were you tracking your bearings? Did you use yugoslav's squad compass?
