This BARELY works for me because you made it look like a barrel. Folks forget that Pyro built their own flamethrower, so I totally could see them constructing something like this out of a gasoline barrel.
I DO wish it looked a little more self-made, though.

I’m torn between loving it and hating it. I think removing the clip and pin would look better but having them is more appropriate for the class. An oil drum would make sense (flamethrower fuel), but a giant incendiary grenade looks a bit goofy.

I love this alot actually, I find it hilarious that pyro just decided to turn a barrel into a massive grenade haha
