which one does what vs the other, you can only take 1 ID for most mods

No. You'd have to do custom coding for that. It's just a texture and I'm just a texture-maker ;\

The ghoul texture replaces one or two of the skin tones of players in the player version so you'd have to find out how to apply some sort of exception based on the character's texture, which I'm not even sure is possible

Question! If you chose the Ghouled skin, is your character impervious to Radiated Zones? -it could be cool to add that "Perk"

I have "Radiated zones" installed, too, and there are a bunch of Ghouls players who want to settle in radiated zones, which makes perfect sense.

I'm currently to set up a Fallout RP server, I may take a crack and a sound replacer with feral ghoul sounds to give the zombies even more of a Fallouty feel. If I can get that to work I'll update here.

They are modular meaning you can enable only one or any combination of the three

The Player Alt version only replaces female skin 3 and male skin 3a (chest hair), as those were the ones I was asked to replace in the alt version upon originally being requested to make the mod.

No other texture mods, and yes I'm talking about the player version, I tried both :/ I'll remove and reactivate the mod, I hope it will work ! The texture looks good tho :)

You likely either have another texture mod activated, the wrong version if you're talking about players (divided into all ghouls and one with only some as ghouls), or you haven't restarted the game after activating.

Also the mod seems really random ? Sometimes I only have some skin colors that show as ghoul, and sometimes only the female version...

I would love this as a skin item (like the zombie skins from Authentic Z) only spawnable by admins, for events...
