@jc: okay apart from the first video, this is exactly the tutorial i have used to create these mods, and i just don't see any mention of the size proportions.

I know it's a lot of parts, and unless you've seen these already, i hope this could help with getting custom proportions.

i think you could do it both before and after, but for safety, try before first.

@j.c: also, does this need to be done before or after the skin is wrapped on the skeleton?

@j.c: i do understand with what you are saying, but like I've said before, had to make them the same size as the skeleton, otherwise i know that the model will just glitch out entirely, as for the facial expressions, just have not learned how to do them yet, but i can try to do something about the first person hands.

i aslo wanna clarify, that i'm not saying this to hate on you, or say that you're bad at making mods...i just know that this one definitely could be better.

i do understand this is a commission, but one critique i've had with your mods, but i'm saying it now...the proportions aren't good. i had this enabled with the susie mod, and she's taller than even susie. the hands, as fucked as they are, and the lack of facial animations don't even bother me that much. it's just the size of the model is the problem.
