A big nope from me. This is just a huge disrespect to the character in the art style, as it is just a huge item slapped on demo's head.

honestly, i like this cosmetic, i think it's funny and well made, but i can understand some people disliking it. certainly better than the goddamn potassium bonnet

Yeah, you did a good job on the modeling and detailing, you made it for one specific class that it would make sense to have on. Would I want it? No, not really. But at least it's not something like "here's a giant pipe grenade hat or mask or a stickybomb beanie".

Despite being yet another "funni object on head" this one actually has some effort put into it and looks better than most of the other object on head cosmetics. So, good job?

I like how the foam kinda looks like an afro, and that Demo's eyepatch is covered.
But I do agree with bird bread it should be Halloween only.

it's a nice item, but to be honest i think it would work better as a halloween item, regardless, you clearly have skill, and it does look quite nice

i and many others are tired of the random item on head cosmetics, but while this does work for the demoman, i think it's rather unfitting for the game's universe. i do look forward to seeing what other items you can make

Really fun idea, really well executed! The foam and the liquid looks cool. The glass looks amazing too, too bad it has the inverted hull sticking out around it but I understand that's the only workaround for getting transparency to work. Great hat!

That's actually a fun idea. I am usually opposed to random object hats but there's always about 7% of them that I think are actually good.

The theme fits because demo drinks, but the main problem of this cosmetic is that it feels like another wacky hat cosmetic. I think it has potential, but rework it so its not just a mug of alcohol slapped onto the demos head. Maybe it could be similar to the bonk helm but instead of two cans taped to a helmet it could be more like a traditional drink hat. Make the cans into flasks or something, make them very large as well so its somewhat wacky; a middle ground of sorts. If that already exists in some way then try to transform the idea and make it your own thing.

You can do better. All you have to do is try.

As much as the model does look good at the end of the day it just feels like an object placed on his head with the only thought being 'demo likes beer how about we just plop a glass on his head that's wacky!' I feel like it would barely if never combo with other cosmetics well it just feels too gimmicky. I like the way how you modeled it but it just feels like it won't fit and won't go with other cosmetics.

For an object on a head, this is really well done. It even fits with the lore, because Ms. Pauling and Demo went to a Beer Drinking Club, Pauling was smashed.

Impressive transparent and jiggle bone effects, boring core concept imho. It is nice, though I would be rid of those suds covering his left eye. We have plenty of cosmetics and lore to remind us that he is a 'cyclops' and even in some of your preview images you can see heavy clipping with other face cosmetics. Imo it would look better if the beer foam didn't cover his left eye, like it doesn't with his right.

Nah I don't like/want this.

I usually associate Scottish beers with an imperial pint glass. Beer tankards are uncommon to see in Scottish portrayals of drinking. I think a thistle glass would have been much more appropriate but it's still reasonable to believe that Demoman would just go to the closest American bar and order a beer tankard just to wear it as a hat, no true Scotsman and what not.

I don't know why he wouldn't have already drunk it and colored beer is a thing. If the glass were empty this could be something I would have voted for but then you would have stripped most of its identity and uniqueness so I can understand why you've chosen to upload this submission in its current form. In summary this is a silly hat that feels out of character, is too gimmicky and is unable to form a cohesive unique identity in any loadout set.
