Anyone noted a problem with these building when fully occupied.....being able to supply water to all of the people living in them..? Regardless of the amount and number of water sources.

Please make a draisine, a hand-lever one as well as one with an engine version

I have twice had it not complete out of three times building it. I cannot remember if I self built the time it completed correctly or not (was first time). Both times I was self building, it "finished" construction with -497 and negative 1400 dollars. Could not complete via funding etc.
It was the V2 version that failed both times. One of the times it failed, I deleted it and started again and it built correctly.

Whats the C+H+E trick?

The building is 119m tall.

Perfect. I'll check it later. Txs a lot. Also, is it my idea or the ingame building its a little off in its scale, just a little but makes a strange diference. I'm watching photos and yes, it looks big, but not thaaaaaat big as it is in the game

I was able to reproduce the error and patched in a fix for it. You may have to demolish the bugged building but can just use C+H+E to rebuild it back.

There is also an unheated version added.

I can add a heating required version pretty easy. I am not sure what is wrong with the construction though.

I had the same issue as Deimos. Self building. It just stopped when all the work would appear to have been completed. Clicking the auto-build button did nothing. No further resources nor work was required to finish the building. No complaints from the DOs, which where building other stuff just fine. Sorry I have no screenshot since I tore it down.

Absolutely beautiful models. But since they're self-heating I'm going to pass.

It is hard to tell what is going on without a screenshot. Check your construction office and supplies.
