From what I'm seeing, the mod appears to work fine. Out of curiosity, I'm safe to assume that you'd already disabled/unsubscribed from mods that alter the same files as this one? (tldr: I assume you already checked for any potential conflicting mods?)

Essentially, it replaces the default pill deployment sound with the "Wocky Slush" sound effect. It's meant to coincide with the Cup o' Lean pain pills replacement mod (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2756356382)
