yeah this mod is broken, has been ever since i got it.

This mod needs an important fix for compatibility with mods that alter the player's loadout in any way. If a player's weapon is removed via another script, then the URM script will throw constant nil value errors as it attempts to reference the now nonexistent weapon, and any new weapon that gets added to the emptied weapon slot does not receive the appropriate recoil. Though the source code of this mod is not available, I imagine an easy fix would be to add a value monitor to keep track of the player actor's weapon slots, and then call a function to reevaluate and recalculate recoil patterns for the player's weapons and gear if there are any changes to the weapon slots array.

this mod doesnt work with Chai's loadout changer. recoil disappears if you change the loadout mid game

Putting recovery to 99 is a big no no.

This mod *might* be causing a bug with some modded weapons where, when an AI is firing the modded weapon, if you also have it equipped, your weapon will start animating with recoil as if you were firing it.

Not 100% certain if it's this mod or the weapon mod itself.

Does L/R trend mean the left and right sway when you move your camera in the yaw axis or just left and right sway by recoil?

This is a quality of life mod that you REALLY need to download to improve the game's gunplay. Without it, every gun you have will always feel like paperweight. 10/10 mod that every Ravenfield player should have.

PS. The mutator still works in EA29. Though screenshot your configs since it resets to default when you log off. Meaning you have to reconfigure everything again everytime you open Ravenfield.

This mod doesn't work if player change weapons while still being alive, the console just saying the mutator trying to index a nil value.

why are some guns not affected by this mutator

Ye it needs some update for the EA29, there's no recoil

Which comes down to config file not reading the comma in decimal number properly. It seems now config files use dots instead of commas to save the decimals and rounds comma-d decimals to full numbers instead. No idea if this is gonna get fixed by SR7 or this mod will have to get updated to use new decimals.

A base recoil multiplier for individual guns would be amazing, like for example Patriot|1.5,RK-44|2 etc.

i cant use this mod since evry time i try editing a number to be .5 it gets autocorrected to ,5 wich then gets set to 0 once i save/play

reinstalled the mod and the camera goes wild when firing, haven't changed any setting before or after re-subbing.

Insurgency Sandstorm Styled Sway does not work with this mod, this is sad as these two mods are goated if they can work together.

random weapons mutator might be breaking the recoil and setting it back to normal

Refilling your armor vest (vest mod) makes your recoil turned back to normal or gives no recoil sadly

the EaglePancake's gun game mutator makes recoil back to normal
