If it bothers you so bad, find a Saleen 3d model, make your own textures for it, script it yourself, and put whatever sirens you what on it. Doing this will be much more productive then trying to tell us what to do with our time.

Well release a mod that without these sounds, because the car is cool but because of the sounds it can not be used

Can you take away your siren sounds? They're inaudible to other players, leave the manila police siren sounds.
