Just to clarify, do we install this mod only, or do we need to install the required mod listed, since doesn't all this mod do is translate everything in the required one to English and it's not just a copy/paste but with English translation?

Yeah, making them available for dwarves would be awesome. Especially since you can play Krada Drak with Mixu's unlocker.

I rarely see Kraka Drak faction live past turn 35, would the unique building this mod adds help them survive longer?

Right now I've got 3 mostly dawi aries. Any way to have dwarven heroes or lords? If so it would be perfection

Probably best to link the original mod that is needed to play, as you will see many people don't read when it comes to mods!
