This mod disables border colors. 100 percent sure, because it happened only when this mod is on.

Battle banner scaling is a Vanilla feature located in the game settings.

Don't use this mod, It has alot of unintentional bugs. One I found is a weird massive zoom bug after exiting diplomacy.

odd bug this mod has in custom survival battles it locks the reinforcement budget to 0

The slider is good, but there's no way to stop the banners 'expanding' as you zoom out. That's why this mod was good.

This mod disables the unit highlights for me.
Also FYI you dont need this mod.
Go into preferences.script.txt and edit ui_unit_id_scale -0.5 (Default is 0 to 1, but it also goes negative)

Yeah, I've found the same issue. Really bizarre, can't imagine why this mod causes the campaign camera to get janky and stuck.
